Dutch Ovens, How many is too many?

Postby campmaster » Sat Feb 25, 2012 4:22 pm

I ran a poll on the home page a while back and 36% of the voters said they had 5 or more. I really think its higher.

Cast Iron only, Not counting my Camp Ovens, I have:
1 - 14" Skillet
2 - 10" Skillets
1 - 6" Skillet
1 - 4" Skillet
2 - flat irons (tortilla pans)
1 - Lodge Drop Biscuit Iron
1 - Griddle
1 - Camp Chef Turkey Cooker
1 - Lodge 12" Dutch Oven

Here's my Stack of Camp Ovens:

1 - 14" Lodge
1 - 12" Lodge
1 - 10" Lodge
1 - 10" Camp Chef
1 - 8" Lodge
1 - 6" Lodge
1 - 5" Lodge

And I use them all. How many is too many, I still want a 14" and a 12" Deep Camp Oven, then maybe I'll slow down. These would make enough food for a small army.

Let's get cooking.

I don't think you can have too many. I'm up to two. A 12 and a 10. My plan is to have short stack. 5 or 6?

I like your pic.
