Hi Diane

Did you find the shelter? We were there last year and it seems to be big enough for us.

Most parks have the log rule regarding bugs because of imported firewood from up north etc. If the wood is from your land or around here its okay.

From what I'm hearing we may be up to 20 people and would guess that 10 or 12 will be cooking. This is going to be a major chow down event. Don't forget to bring some plastic containers, so we can share leftovers.

This is going to be a good time. Looking forward to seeing everyone.

Dan

Hi Everyone,

Wow, what a great weekend. I would like to thank everyone for a fun time. Our Dutch Oven Gathering was a BIG HIT.

My wife suggested that we assemble our recipes into a small booklet along with photos of us doing what we do best. EATING!

Please email us a pix of the finished dish along with the recipes. Please include your name and address and I'll put it together in Microsoft Publisher. The booklet would be 5 1/2 x 8. I can get them printed for less than a buck each. (its nice to have contacts) :|

Then I'll pass them out at the next DOG or mail if need be.

Please pass along this information to those who do not visit the site.

Thx,
Dan
