Banana and Walnut Bread

2 cups (300g) SR flour
1/3 cup (70g), firmly packed brown sugar
100 grams walnuts, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp bicarbonate of soda
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1 cup (250ml) milk
1 cup (2 large) mashed bananas

Pre-heat oven to 180C. Line the base and sides of loaf pan with baking paper. Sift flour into a large bowl, add the sugar, walnuts and bicarb soda and stir to combine. Add the egg, milk and banana and gently fold until well combined. Spoon the mixture into the lined pan. Bake in oven for 45mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Set aside to cool completely. Cut into slices to serve.
Store in an airtight container.

This recipe sounds great. Wish I could see a picture or two.

I'll need to figure out the conversions and make this.
