Chicken & Mushroom Dinner

1 Pkg. Prepared Stuffing Mix
1 3/4 Cup Water, Divided
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 slices Thin Sliced Smoked Ham, chopped
1 cup Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup frozen peas
1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup

Mix Stuffing Mix with 1 1/2 cups of water. Place stuffing in bottom of Dutch oven. Layer Chicken, ham, mushrooms, and peas on top of stuffing. Mix soup with remaining 1/4 cup water and pour over top.
Bake 35-40 minutes at about 350 degrees or until chicken is cooked through.
