Dutch Oven Nachos

1 Pound extra lean ground beef
1 1-1/4 ounce package of Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup water
8 ounce package (1 Cup) Mexican blend cheese
1 Cup of sour cream or to taste
1 small can sliced olives
salsa to taste
1 bag tortilla chips

Brown 1 pound extra lean ground beef in 10" Dutch oven. Add contents of 1 package of Taco Seasoning Mix and add 3/4 Cup water. Bring to boil; then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 Minutes, stirring occasionally.

Invert lid onto a lid holder. Place several handfuls of tortilla chips onto lid. Sprinkle ground beef onto tortilla shells. Top beef with grated cheese. Place Dutch oven pot on inverted lid. Place coals on top of the upside down oven (long enough to melt the cheese). When cheese is melted top with sour cream, Salsa and sliced olives.
