Dutch Oven Tri Tip

1 Tri Tip Roast
1-20 oz can pineapple and juice
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup minced garlic
2 cups teriyaki sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
Red wine

The key to this Tri Tip is marinating. Marinate the Tri Tip in the fridge or on ice for 24 hours before cooking.. After marinating, you can just dump the marinade and all into the DO and cook for approximately one hour at 325 degrees, or less time if you like it closer to rare. I also like to add red wine to the marinade just before cooking.
